If anything offends you or there is something that you don't see fit within the website then please don't use this site. All the information on this site is accurate when composed. This site is checked daily to check that all the information is correct and adequate. Screen pixels vary from computer to computer, so the colour of the prints you've seen on the screen may look different to one that you've purchased.

Return's Policy

Upon receipt of a Cherish Fine Arts product which is damaged it can be returned back to us and you'll receive a full refund or receive another product. If the damages on the goods are not made by us or the postal services then we have the right not to give you back a refund or another product. If their is dissatisfaction or we don't meet your expectations with the product you've received please return it back to us and we'll refund you or you can choose another product that is more to your taste. All prints must be returned in good condition. Prints made from your photos can not be returned or refunded because these prints are bespoke and is made the way you wanted it. Damaged products will be exchanged for free. You have to contact us within 2 days to notify us the product is damaged or 7 days if you are just returning it because it doesn't meet your expectations by email or phone. Products are returnable within 14 days upon receipt. After this items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Privacy Policy

All information provided by you to us is kept confidential. This includes photographs and personal information like names. None of this will appear on the website unless we have your permission to do so. There are no third party advertisements or spam that will appear in your email inbox from other companies. There will be advertisements from us that may appear in your email inbox from time to time.

Product Delivery

Cherish Fine Art products are delivered 7-10 days on the day of ordering if selected Royal Mail. There is Next day delivery, this is only possible if you order by 12pm and  only for Cherish Fine Art, black and white, standard and sepia photos to canvas products. We aim to be consistent and our promise to you is to receive your products within the time limit stated above. You will be emailed about delivery times and dates on products ordered. If you weren't available at the time the royal mail delivers to you they will leave you a note to pick it up at your nearest post office.

Prices are in pound sterling this because price conversions change everyday, we believe that this is better for are customers overseas they get an honest rate than other companies that are fixed and you are not paying an equal amount with them. Best way to convert the currency are to type in the google bar - example 25 pound sterling in us dollars/euros or just click on the desired product and add to cart and you will see the delivery cost.

Cancellation of a product

Cancellation of products can not happen if they are already dispatched/ the production is commencing or you agreed with the go ahead because the product has been made to your specifications.
